As Executive Assistant & Account Manager to the NHS Liaison & CFO, you will provide a vital role in supporting them with the growth of the business, managing account, helping to manage their schedules and communications, ensuring smooth and effective operations, and facilitating high-level meetings and stakeholder interactions.
This position requires a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support the CFO & NHS Liaison primarily and provide additional support to senior team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Senior team support
- Schedule management: Manage the CFO & NHS Liaison’s schedules and emails, ensuring optimal time management and prompt handling of communications.
- Email management: Filter incoming e-mails, responding to correspondence and queries on the NHS Liaison and CFO’s behalf
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CFO & NHS Liaison and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting and preparing documents, including presentation decks and board reports. Aid in distribution of the documents.
- Diary management: – booking and confirming meetings and appointments.
- Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and team coordination.
- Meeting Management: Participate in executive and key meetings, ensuring clear minutes, actions, and accountabilities are recorded.
NHS work
- Email management: Summarise and make NHS Liaison & CFO aware of any key emails so they can action
- Email campaigns: Help with quarterly email campaign distribution with NHS Liaison
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting and preparing documents, including presentation decks and quarterly reports. Aid in distribution of the documents.
- Meeting Management: Participate in NHS Local Authority meetings and key meetings, ensuring clear minutes, actions, and accountabilities are recorded.
- Manage Relationships: Help manage the relationship with NHS Local Authority looking at service levels, results and developing new opportunities.
- Accountability: Ensure actions from NHS minutes are met and delivered by the team in a timely fashion
- Meeting preparation: Manage, arrange and help prepare papers for the senior team for their meetings (Bios of attendees, NHS/ Local Authority, Board, management team, publishing etc.)
Other
- Project management: Assist with project management of social media activities
- Document Review: Proofread, mark up, and support the review of contracts (supplier, corporate and franchisee) and board papers.
- Ad-hoc projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects as they arise
Required skills and qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Comfort in interacting with senior management, external guests, and third parties, along with strong communication skills, discretion, integrity, and time management.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Must be a non-smoker given the nature of our business
- Resilient, can-do attitude with an inquisitive nature
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with strong language skills
This is a full time role in a small, friendly team and a relaxed atmosphere in Raynes Park/Wimbledon near the station. Salary depending on experience.
