I didn\u2019t think it was possible. Emma\u2019s mindfulness course helped me understand my mind, thoughts and emotions better and listen to myself more. The breathing techniques are a godsend and I use them everyday with a body scan every morning. This helps me be more relaxed and present in the moment and act not react. I have a better understanding of other people\u2019s feelings and emotions now.<\/p><br \/><p>I have recommended the course and books to all my family and friends that have noticed the difference in me and how I\u2019ve changed to a much calmer more present and thoughtful person. I have also recommended the course and books very highly to my drs who have seen the difference in my health and well-being.
