Whether it\u2019s a rollie on the back doorstep once the kids are in bed, or lighting up on a rare night out with your best mate, there is something deliciously illicit and undeniably satisfying about smoking an occasional cigarette&#8230;..<br><br>It was toward the end of last year that I started to wonder if my light smoking habit was \u2018safe\u2019&#8230;.<br><br>But stopping should be easy, right? As I wasn\u2019t actually \u2018addicted\u2019, like a \u2018real\u2019 smoker. In fact, no. Smoking for me went deeper than I\u2019d expected. It was bound up with my idea of the younger me, the more fun me&#8230;..<br><br>\u2018For casual smokers, the psychological attachment, rather than physical addiction, is the issue,\u2019 says Colleen Dwyer, a facilitator at Allen Carr\u2019s Easyway to Quit Smoking clinics. \u2018There are different types of casual smoker, but the one thing that connects all of them is the psychological
