Many are from exotic or unusual places telling us what they are now able to do, how they are enjoying their life and how they are enjoying their freedom. However, this is the amazing story of a guy who quit smoking and vaping with our Singapore team and then went on to climb Everest.<\/p>\n<h2>I feel on top of the world!<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;So today marks five years since I attended the #AllenCarr smoking cessation workshop with the incredible facilitator Pam Oei&#8230;it goes without saying that this was one of the best decisions I ever made.<\/p>\n<p>At the time Pam said I would get a \u2018rush of energy\u2019 not long after becoming a non-smoker &#8211; she was not wrong&#8230;it kick started the Everest journey which for me has been very special (in case you hadn\u2019t noticed).<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re still smoking and need help stopping, I cannot recommend Pam and the Allen Carr workshop highly enough; it really will change your life &#8211; and clearly only in positive ways.
