Most clients attend just one seminar and never need another. However, if you would benefit from additional support, we’re here to help.

The support available after your seminar depends on how you originally attended. Select the option below that best matches your booking to view your backup seminar entitlement, any applicable time limits and other important information.

Standard Seminar Clients

Most smokers, vapers, drinkers and drug users require just one seminar to become happy and free. In certain cases, however, more than one seminar is required. In this event there is no extra charge, the initial fee covers all seminars.

You are entitled to a maximum of 5 backup seminars within 12 months of your initial seminar. These are free when attended within the first 6 months. After 6 months, backup seminars require payment of half the standard fee*.

Please note: clients who attend a 1-1 seminar are entitled to a maximum of 2 backup seminars within 12 months of the initial seminar. These are free within the first 6 months. After 6 months, backup seminars require payment of half the standard fee*

If you have not attended a full first seminar in the preceding 12 months you would need to attend the first seminar again, and the standard fee will be payable and the guarantee will apply.

*Please note, backup seminar fees are excluded from our money back guarantee as are Vitality clients.

Wowcher or Groupon Clients

Should you need them, there are two free backup seminars within the first 6 months. After 6 months or if you’ve attended both backup seminars, payment of half the standard fee is required*. There is a maximum of 5 backup seminars available.

If you have not attended a full first seminar in the preceding 12 months you would need to attend the first seminar again, and the standard fee will be payable and the guarantee will apply.

*There is no money back guarantee for Wowcher/Groupon clients.

Local Authority-Funded Clients

I have read both of Allen Carr’s books on quitting smoking, and they helped me quit before. But like many smokers, I fell into the trap of Dear Allen Carr Team,

I wanted to share my deepest gratitude for today’s session. It was, without exaggeration, life‑changing.

I have read both of Allen Carr’s books on quitting smoking, and they helped me quit before. But like many smokers, I fell into the trap of thinking I was in control and could quit again whenever I wanted. That arrogance pulled me back into addiction, and over time I found myself feeling helpless, disappointed, and trapped once more.

Today changed everything. The session restored the clarity and mindset I needed. It brought me back to the truth of the method, and it reminded me of the freedom I had once experienced. I walked in feeling defeated, and I walked out a non‑smoker.

I want to give special thanks to Debbie Brewer‑West. Her presence, her clarity, and her warmth were extraordinary. It genuinely felt like having Allen himself in the room. She guided us with confidence, compassion, and a deep understanding of the method. Debbie didn’t just deliver a session – she created a space where freedom felt possible again. The session itself was excellent: relaxed, informative, engaging, and incredibly effective. Because I had read the books, I recognised every principle and felt aligned with the method from the start. Some of the other participants were at different stages in their understanding, but I am confident they will succeed because the method works and your team delivers it with such skill and care.

At the risk of sounding like a paid review… I just do not understand it or how it works. Even though they explain it. 3 years I’ve tried to give up and not lasted more than an hour. Whereas, the minute I was told to stop vaping and “you’re now an ex-vaper”, I stopped vaping, and haven’t missed it since. Even with my partner vaping right next to me. I couldn’t care less.

The weirdest part for me, and I don’t know if anyone else experienced this… by chapter 2, vaping made me feel physically sick. Even though I was told to carry on vaping throughout the course, which I did, it became unpleasant. By the time it got to the end of the course, I was begging it to be over so I could stop “vaping as usual through the course.”

Absolute wizardry…. Thank you for giving me my life back.

And… all for the price of a disposable vape!!!!!

I stumbled upon this audiobook almost by accident, and what a serendipitous find it was! Admittedly, I wasn’t even sure what chapter I was on as I listened at a speed of 2.1x. There’s a moment I can’t quite put into words effectively: the first day quitting, my hand subconsciously reached for a vape that was no longer there. Confused for a second, I found myself exclaiming, “Yippee, I don’t vape!” (YELLED IN MY CAR) This spontaneous celebration helped clear my brief moment of confusion, a testament to the powerful subconscious shift that had occurred.

I was a nicotine and cannabis addict for over 15 years. I had tried so many different methods, and always ended up feeling like a failure, almost pulling my hair out as to why it was so hard to set myself free from something that deep down I knew was dragging me down and eventually I didn’t

And then I found Easyway and as its name implies setting myself free was so easy! There were no physical withdrawal symptoms or pangs (like my previous attempts) no need for self control, no feelings of sacrifice, no fear of how I’d handle life without my ‘crutch’, and no feelings of deprivation around other smokers.

Moreover the method does not involve any scare tactics or lectures on the health risks or the down sides of smoking – rather it educates you on how addiction works and like magic at then end of the programme I had no desire or reason to smoke.

The team at easy way are all so supportive and kind, there’s no judgement or blame or making you feel bad or shamed.

As a former smoker, to all smokers out there please give this a try, there’s honestly nothing to loose (apart from maybe a few hours but in those hours you can smoke! And they will literally give you your money back if it doesn’t work for you) and so much to gain.

I had the pleasure of a seminar with Rob Fielding. What an amazing therapist. He’s approachable, easy too understand, has empathy, relatable and respectful. I couldn’t have been in better company. The staff in the office were also great and offered words of encouragement.

But Rob, you delievred what you set out to achieve, me getting rid of the nicotine addiction.

This is by far the best method. I was a 20 per day smoker and that was for years and years but not anymore. So happy!

The after service is great to, if you need to speak with them, I have been told I only need call and they will support me.
