This course was a five star rating from me. It was more than I imagined. I thought it would just teach me how to meditated and relax however I gained so much more than I could possibly have thought I would. I learned how to listen to my body and mind and understand myself more.
During the course I was reading allen carrs easy way to stop smoking and I finished the book followed the instructions and became a very happy non smoker which was quite a revelation for me. It seems that most of the people I know, myself included, are suffering from some form of anxiety and /or depression right now, the newspapers present a bleak picture of life and the general mood of the nation is pretty gloomy. The Easyway Method is ‘mind-medicine’, a remedy for poor and incorrect thinking.
