Terms & Conditions – £10 Gift Voucher Promotion (Seminar Attendance)

1. Eligibility

   The £10 Gift Voucher offer only applies to the client who attends the seminar booked with and confirmed by Allen Carr in the confirmation email.

2. Offer Limit (One Voucher Only)

   One (1) £10 Gift Voucher is available per person. Duplicate vouchers will not be issued.

3. Full Seminar Attendance Required

   To be eligible, the Client must attend the full seminar for which attendance is confirmed. Partial attendance does not qualify for the voucher.

4. Seminar Specific to the Confirmation Email

   This offer relates only to the seminar detailed in the confirmation email. It is not valid for any other seminar date, topic, location, or session not specified in that email.

5. Not Transferable

   The voucher offer is not transferable to another seminar, another delegate, or any substitute seminar booking.

6. Not Redeemable for Cash / Not Substitutable

   The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be substituted for cash or any other offer.

7. No Combination with Other Offers

   This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated in writing by the organiser.

8. Voucher Delivery

   The voucher will be provided following confirmation of full attendance within 10 working days

9. Fraud / Misuse

   We may refuse to issue a voucher where we reasonably believe the offer has been misused, where attendance cannot be verified as full, or where a delegate does not meet the terms above.

10. Availability / Changes

    We may withdraw or amend the offer where required (including due to operational reasons). Any changes will not affect eligibility for those who meet the conditions as set out in the confirmation email.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or your relevant jurisdiction).
