So here I am, a bit more than two months after quitting sugar the Easy Way. Weirdly enough after a lifetime of sugar addiction, I am having no trouble at all living without white sugar. Before, I really didn’t crave — and wan’t uncontrollable around — white flour and starchy carbs. My big problem has always been with sugar, and most pointedly CHOCOLATE. It feels amazing to not crave chocolate, or engineer my life around picking up just one little sweet thing “while I’m out”. My fridge is loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables, and my pantry with nuts, and I eat really really well.
