We are delighted to sponsor one of our therapists, Duncan Bhaskaran Brown, in his Guinness World Record Challenge of doing 200 miles of Morris dancing along the banks of The Thames.

Duncan already holds a Guinness World Record for the longest individual Morris dancing marathon — and now he’s going even further.

Starting at Hampton Court Palace on Sunday 10th May 2026, Duncan will dance the entire Thames Path from London to Abingdon and back — covering over 200 miles in just seven days. He’ll pass through Windsor, Maidenhead, Marlow, Henley, Reading and Abingdon before finishing with a massed dance on Trafalgar Square on 17th May.

The current world record stands at 146 miles. Duncan is aiming to smash it.
He won’t be alone — Morris sides from across the Thames Valley and beyond will be joining him along the way, celebrating one of England’s oldest folk traditions with every step.

Every mile is in aid of the Rowan Trust, a charity that supports people experiencing mental health difficulties. They run events and sessions that help people feel less isolated and more connected — vital, community-level support that makes a real difference to local lives.

Mental health affects one in four of us. Please give what you can.

What programme is right for you?

Both programmes are a form of spoken therapy delivered in simple English with no scare stories or images.

Both cover the illusions of the addiction/issue, question your beliefs, provide insights into why you think as you do, shows you how to gain freedom and changes the way you will think about the addiction/issue so that you can leave free without any feeling of loss or battle of wills.

The in-person group seminars are a live one-day course delivered by trained therapists, all of whom stopped with the method. They are delivered either online via Zoom or at a centre and are in groups of up to 25 people. There are shorter booster seminars that are different to the first seminar for the few that require them. There is also a money-back guarantee.

The online video is a pre-recorded programme that can be streamed to your device. There are two options quit vaping or quit vaping for teens, and they are presented by a therapist who has helped thousands of people to freedom. They can be accessed anywhere and at anytime.
