Dear Allen Carr Team,
I wanted to share my deepest gratitude for today’s session. It was, without exaggeration, life‑changing.
I have read both of Allen Carr’s books on quitting smoking, and they helped me quit before. But like many smokers, I fell into the trap of Dear Allen Carr Team,
I wanted to share my deepest gratitude for today’s session. It was, without exaggeration, life‑changing.
I have read both of Allen Carr’s books on quitting smoking, and they helped me quit before. But like many smokers, I fell into the trap of thinking I was in control and could quit again whenever I wanted. That arrogance pulled me back into addiction, and over time I found myself feeling helpless, disappointed, and trapped once more.
Today changed everything. The session restored the clarity and mindset I needed. It brought me back to the truth of the method, and it reminded me of the freedom I had once experienced. I walked in feeling defeated, and I walked out a non‑smoker.
I want to give special thanks to Debbie Brewer‑West. Her presence, her clarity, and her warmth were extraordinary. It genuinely felt like having Allen himself in the room. She guided us with confidence, compassion, and a deep understanding of the method. Debbie didn’t just deliver a session – she created a space where freedom felt possible again. She arranged the mindset, the atmosphere, and the emotional shift that I needed. I am profoundly grateful to her.
The entire team deserves praise. You are doing remarkable work—life saving work. You treat people with dignity, patience, and respect, and you give them the tools to reclaim their lives. What you do is nothing short of miraculous. You are angels in the fight against addiction.
The session itself was excellent: relaxed, informative, engaging, and incredibly effective. Because I had read the books, I recognised every principle and felt aligned with the method from the start. Some of the other participants were at different stages in their understanding, but I am confident they will succeed because the method works and your team delivers it with such skill and care.
Thank you for giving me back my freedom. Thank you for restoring my confidence. And thank you for the gift – both the literal one and the far greater gift of becoming a non‑smoker again.

At the risk of sounding like a paid review… I just do not understand it or how it works. Even though they explain it. 3 years I’ve tried to quit and not lasted more than an hour. Whereas, the minute I was told to quit vaping and “you’re now an ex-vaper”, I quitted vaping, and haven’t
At the risk of sounding like a paid review… I just do not understand it or how it works. Even though they explain it. 3 years I’ve tried to quit and not lasted more than an hour. Whereas, the minute I was told to quit vaping and “you’re now an ex-vaper”, I quitted vaping, and haven’t missed it since. Even with my partner vaping right next to me. I couldn’t care less.
The weirdest part for me, and I don’t know if anyone else experienced this… by chapter 2, vaping made me feel physically sick. Even though I was told to carry on vaping throughout the course, which I did, it became unpleasant. By the time it got to the end of the course, I was begging it to be over so I could quit “vaping as usual through the course.”
Absolute wizardry…. Thank you for giving me my life back.
And… all for the price of a disposable vape!!!!!

I stumbled upon this audiobook almost by accident, and what a serendipitous find it was! Admittedly, I wasn’t even sure what chapter I was on as I listened at a speed of 2.1x. However, something incredible happened mid-way through—I was compelled to throw away my three vapes, and I haven’t looked

There’s a moment I can’t quite put into words effectively: the first day quitting, my hand subconsciously reached for a vape that was no longer there. Confused for a second, I found myself exclaiming, “Yippee, I don’t vape!” (YELLED IN MY CAR) This spontaneous celebration helped clear my brief moment of confusion, a testament to the powerful subconscious shift that had occurred.
I am immensely grateful for this experience and just had to express my thanks. This book not only provided insight but also inspired a profound and immediate change in my life. Unbelievable, TYSM – Nate

I was a nicotine and cannabis addict for over 15 years. I had tried so many different methods, and always ended up feeling like a failure, almost pulling my hair out as to why it was so hard to set myself free from something that deep down I knew was dragging me down and eventually I didn’t
I was a nicotine and cannabis addict for over 15 years. I had tried so many different methods, and always ended up feeling like a failure, almost pulling my hair out as to why it was so hard to set myself free from something that deep down I knew was dragging me down and eventually I didn’t even enjoy, or do anything for me (but yet I was compelled to smoke)
And then I found Easyway and as its name implies setting myself free was so easy! There were no physical withdrawal symptoms or pangs (like my previous attempts) no need for self control, no feelings of sacrifice, no fear of how I’d handle life without my ‘crutch’, and no feelings of deprivation around other smokers.
Moreover the method does not involve any scare tactics or lectures on the health risks or the down sides of smoking – rather it educates you on how addiction works and like magic at then end of the program I had no desire or reason to smoke.
The team at easy way are all so supportive and kind, there’s no judgment or blame or making you feel bad or shamed.
As a former smoker, to all smokers out there please give this a try, there’s honestly nothing to loose (apart from maybe a few hours but in those hours you can smoke! And they will literally give you your money back if it doesn’t work for you) and so much to gain.
Ask yourself if there was a button you could push to go back to being a non smoker without any sacrifice or hardship, or a void in your life would you?
If the answer is yes then this is exactly what easyway did for me.

I had the pleasure of a seminar with Rob Fielding. What an amazing facilitator. He’s approachable, easy too understand, has empathy, relatable and respectful. I couldn’t have been in better company. I have quit smoking and I’m happy and not found it difficult because I was open minded.

But Rob, you delievred what you set out to achieve, me getting rid of the nicotine addiction.
This is by far the best method. I was a 20 per day smoker and that was for years and years but not anymore. So happy!
The after service is great to, if you need to speak with them, I have been told I only need call and they will support me.

I do however get very excited at the prospect of a fresh fruit salad or a plate of salad! I can completely testify that it has worked for me and without the need for any willpower whatsoever! It really is as the title says ‘Easyway’.
